Scope
of Services for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans
The Butler
County Storm Water District and the Butler County Engineer's
staff have reviewed the consultant submittals for the Storm Water
Pollution Prevention Plans. Through detailed review of each package
we have determined that three firms best fit the scope, intent
and overall understanding of this project. The selected firms
have been ranked in the following order:
1) URS Corporation
2) Woolpert, Inc.
3) EMH&T, Inc.
Throughout
this process, it has been our objective to select the firm most
qualified to provide the services required. Accordingly, we have
entered into contract negotiations with URS Corporation. Should
we fail to reach an agreement during these negotiations, we will
enter into negotiations with the next highest ranked firm.
If you are
the #1 ranked consultant we will be contacting you in the near
future to schedule a meeting to discuss the project requirements,
the project management schedule, cost control techniques, the
project team, your firm's plan for communication throughout the
project, and methods of determining compensation for the required
services.
Our sincere

We appreciate the time and effort it takes to develop these proposals
